The Solution: Welcome to the Fields.
It's a three-week gathering in someone's home where we share a meal, and then have a discussion about The Fields Church.
Week 1: The mission, vision and values of The Fields Church
Week 2: The beliefs and spiritual truths of The Fields Church
Week 3: The connecting and serving opportunities at The Fields Church
We're two weeks into this.
My only regret.... we should have started this 18 months ago when I became lead pastor.
It may possibly be the healthiest thing we have done in 18 months.
