i like a lot of the christmas tv specials from when i was a child - little drummer boy, frosty, rudolf, etc. - the charlie brown christmas where linus recites luke's account of the nativity - happy to see so many of these out on dvd now
but likely my favorite is the version of "a christmas carol" from 1951 with alastair sim as scrooge
also - hard to beat "meet me in st. louis" and "it's a wonderful life" for christmas time
Christmas Shoes. JUST KIDDING.
I'd say I like "It's A Wonderful Life," "Family Man," and "Scrooged." But my all-time fav is "Elf".
I LOVE A Christmas Story!! That movie is Hilarious!!
For fun: A Christmas Story
For inspiration: It's Wonderful Life
For the all-time fav for an unending number of reasons: A Charlie Brown Christmas
There are so many so I shall hand out awards:
Most Nostalgic: Rudolph
Best Message: A Charlie Brown Christmas
Best Modern: Elf
Most Fun: A Claymation Christmas (my favorite as a kid-Never heard of it: Check You Tube!)
Best TV Special: A Garfield Christmas

wait...
Most Relatable to My Christmas: A Garfield Christmas (Well, technically it is Christmas morning. "I Know that and you know that, Docboy!")

Elf and A Christmas Story.
Due to my affinity for old movies and my man-crush on Cary Grant, I'm going to have to go with The Bishop's Wife. You may have seen the remake with a pre-cracked out and still hot Whitney Houston called The Preachers Wife co-starring the late Gregory Hinds. The original has a lot more character and of course Cary Grant.
I also like White Christmas not to be confused with Holiday Inn [made that mistake. fred astaire may be a homo.] Bing Crosby's velvety voice and Danny Kaye's goofiness combined with the unknown blondes make for an unforgettable movie. Plus, it has a great message.
A quick shout out to Jimmy Stewart and It's a Wonderful Life for also being very entertaining.
That's all I have to say about that.

Wow Will you have a man crush on Cary Grant too? He's so hot, if he wasn't dead I'd...
