30-Day Health Challenge

Beginning tomorrow, May 10, I am taking a 30-day health challenge.

The rules:

  • 30 mins of exercise every day.
  • drink 64 oz. of water each day.
  • No soda.
  • No fried foods.
Dates: May 10 - June 8

Um, maybe after Council is over. Not sure that I can handle the temptation when I know we'll be eating out so much. I'll be a few days behind you - starting on the 22nd.

Man, the timing is awesome! I was just thinking in my head the other day, I am going to do a 30 day challenge where I blog each day my activities and how well i ate.

I am in! Are you going to blog along with it?

I'll blog about it from time to time. Maybe once a week at least. Not 30 straight days. 16 hats was a lot. 30 days of healthy living blogs would force me to eat a bucket of fried chicken and a gallon of ice cream.

I agree, 30 days of blogs will be too much. I will blog periodically on how its going.

Am I able to cheat just a little with the fried mushrooms if i cut out the gravy?

I'm thinking I should be in on this. The water shouldn't be too much of a problem...been doing much better staying hydrated.
The no soda and no fried foods will be fairly okay as well.
It's gonna be the 30 minutes of daily exercise that will kill me. What, specifically, are you planning to do on this front, Travis?

I kicked my 30 day challenge off this am.
I had smores, then 30 minutes later cookies and creme ice cream, and then 30 minutes later chips y queso.
